SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (JAPANESE ACCOUNT)
Responsibilities:
? Work with the Account Manager in managing the team to formulate and improve operations procedures and efficiency of customers’ service level.
? Improve the productivity of the team through effective communication, training, process improvement, performance monitoring and recognition programs.
? Ensure all procedures, practices and service delivery standards are updated and complied with regulatory and internal requirements.
? Oversee the team and responsible for controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining service records.
? Satisfy service concerns of all customers, ensure that service is performed at the highest level and operate the department profitably.
? Work closely with other teams/departments to identify service delivery gaps and improve customer experience.
? Establish good communications with corporate clients and maintain a good relationship by providing proactive strategies and initiatives of customer value management.
Requirements:
? Minimum 8 years working experience as sales/customer services in which at least 3 years’ experience in supervisory/management level, preferably in IT or related software engineering fields.
? Experience with call center operations and technical support activities.
? People oriented, passionate and customer focused.
? Good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills.
? Mature, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
? Fluent in Japanese, proficient in English writing.
? Station in Shanghai.
